What goes into the finished PDF?+
Your project information and written sections, uploaded PDF pages and images, clickable contents and bookmarks. Other file formats are embedded as attachments for compatible PDF readers.
Does my client need an account?+
No. Send a secure download link to the saved PDF. Links expire after 30 days and can be revoked. Anyone with the link can download it, so send it only to the intended recipient.
How much can I store?+
Your six-user workspace includes 25 GB shared storage. Source files may be up to 100 MB each. AI sorting supports files up to 15 MB. Shared PDFs can be up to 100 MB; larger manuals can be downloaded directly.
Can you adapt OMLY for our business?+
Yes. Use the custom requirements form to describe your preferred manual format, additional features or integrations. We review feasibility and quote separately before work begins.
Is there a free trial?+
No. You can explore the completed sample before subscribing. The workspace unlocks when your subscription payment is confirmed.
